How do we pay from Germany or Austria?

By ordinary SEPA transfer. We give you the exact amount, the reference and the deadline each month; no Romanian bank account is needed.

Can we deal with you in German?

We work in English, Romanian and Hungarian. Written English is the usual working language and is fine for the whole process.

Shipping from Germany or Austria to Romania

If you already run a compliant setup at home, you know the mechanics: register, join a scheme, report quantities. Romania works the same way and is entirely separate. LUCID and your German or Austrian scheme contract cover the German or Austrian market only — the parcels that cross into Romania need a Romanian registration, a Romanian scheme and monthly Romanian filings.

The good news: because you already track packaging weight per article, the Romanian setup is mostly configuration rather than new work.

What is genuinely different about Romania

The declaration is monthly, not quarterly or annual, and the deadline is the 25th of the following month.
Months with no shipments still need a zero declaration.
There is an annual data report to the environmental agency, due 31 March for the previous year.
A producer without an establishment in Romania acts through an authorised representative based here.
Filings and authority correspondence are in Romanian — we handle that side entirely.
